Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup plain or panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil spray (for baking)


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven or Air Fryer

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.

Step 2: Set Up Breading Station

  1. In one bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.

  2. In a second bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Bread the Cauliflower

  1. Dip each floret into the egg, letting excess drip off.

  2. Toss it in the parmesan breadcrumb mix until well coated.

  3. Place florets in a single layer on the baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.

Step 4: Bake or Air Fry
Oven:

  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
    Air Fryer:

  2. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and crunchy.

Step 5: Serve & Dip

  1. Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan or parsley if desired.

Notes

Use Panko for Extra Crunch – Panko breadcrumbs add more crisp.
