Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

For the Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

  • 45 crushed Oreos for garnish

  • Optional: chocolate shavings, mini chocolate chips, or drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
Reserve ¼ cup for topping.
Mix the remaining crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust.
Chill in the fridge while you prepare the layers.

Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Layer
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and milk until smooth.
Gently fold in 1 ½ cups whipped topping until fluffy.
Spread evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.

Step 3: Prepare the Pudding Layer
In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Let it rest for 1 minute, then spread over the cream cheese layer.

Step 4: Add the Whipped Topping
Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
Sprinkle the top with reserved crushed Oreos and any other optional toppings.

Step 5: Chill and Serve
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Use Regular Oreos – Double-stuffed can make the crust too soft.
Chill Fully – This helps the layers firm up and slice cleanly.
Soften the Cream Cheese – Room temp cream cheese blends smoother.
Get Creative – Try using mint, peanut butter, or cookies & cream pudding for flavor twists.
Serve with a Clean Knife – Wipe between slices for neat, layered pieces.
