Ingredients

  • Honey or Maple Syrup (¼ cup) – Natural sweetness without refined sugar.
  • Cornstarch (¼ cup) – Gives the cake a light, delicate texture.

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 6-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Whisk the Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or electric mixer until frothy.

Step 3: Add the Yogurt & Sweetener

Gently mix in the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.

Step 4: Fold in the Cornstarch

Sift in the cornstarch and fold gently until fully combined. Avoid overmixing.

Step 5: Bake
