Notes
Use Fresh or Frozen Potatoes – Both work great; just cook until crispy.
Switch It Up – Swap sausage for turkey, beef, or veggie sausage.
Add More Veggies – Mushrooms, zucchini, or tomatoes are great additions.
Make It Spicy – Add diced jalapeños or a dash of cayenne to the eggs.
Meal Prep Friendly – Store in containers for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
