Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 1¾ cups cold milk

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped topping

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for drizzling)

Optional Add-ons:

  • Crushed peanuts

  • Chopped peanut butter cups

  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Crush the chocolate cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
Combine the crumbs with melted butter and mix well.
Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust.
Refrigerate while you prepare the next layer.

Step 2: Make the Peanut Butter Layer
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
Spread this layer over the chilled crust and smooth it out evenly. Return to fridge.

Step 3: Prepare the Chocolate Pudding
Whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Spread the pudding over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate for 5–10 minutes to let it set slightly.

Step 4: Add the Final Layer
Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
Microwave peanut butter for 15–20 seconds until slightly melted, then drizzle over the top.

Step 5: Chill & Serve
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let the layers firm up.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Use Cold Ingredients – Helps layers come together smoothly and set properly.
Chill Well – Letting the dessert rest in the fridge gives you clean slices.
Clean Knife – Wipe your knife between cuts for neat servings.
Customize It – Add nuts, candies, or flavored puddings to switch things up.
Use Full-Fat Cream Cheese – For the creamiest, richest texture.
