Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Oven and Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
