  • Garlic (1 clove, minced) – For a little kick.
  • Olive Oil (1 tbsp) – Creates a silky texture.

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the Salmon Meatball Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, green onions, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
